Controller Issues

We're aware that some players are having issues with certain controllers not working/not being detected by prototype games. We're currently looking into this, but for now if you're having issues with your controller please try the following:

  • Ensure that both your OS and HID drivers are upto date.
  • Ensure your controller is enabled in device manager.
  • Try removing all other peripherals and close all other programs.

If you're still experiencing issues after following these steps, please submit a support ticket and include the make/model of your controller.
