Firstly, when copying the verification URL, or automatically loading it in your browser, please make sure the ">" character at the end is not included in the URL.
Upon logging into the game for the first time you are presented with this message:
In most cases resending the email and clicking the link will successfully verify your account and allow you to play.
However, on rare occasions, this will not work.
Firstly, if this happens to you, please try re-verifying your account through the email and then change your password on the website.
However, if this is not successfully please make a support ticket and we'll fix this manually as soon as possible.
