We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Surgeon Simulator.
There is a known issue we have with Android phones which may prevent some people downloading our games.
Android phones are assigned screen profiles when they are released, things like small, medium, large, XL, etc.
We know that the game works very poorly on smaller screens, so when we made the game we included a list of compatible screen types. On this list we included all but the smallest of screen types. However, as phones continue to develop and improve since then more screen types that didn't exist have been added - these are often larger ones found on new phones. Because we specified only specific sizes in the app manifest it means newer ones are detected as incompatible despite the fact the phone itself could run the game fine - this was a mistake on our part.
It should be noted the screen profile is not associated with the size of the screen nor it's resolution - it's a code identifier used to by the Play Store to determine compatibility. Your phone's screen profile is one that is absent from the compatible list and is the reason you're having issues installing/running the game.
This issue is most prevalent on later versions of Nexus and Samsung phones.
The good news is we are planning a compatibility sweep of all our mobiles games in the next couple of months. This is scheduled to begin in September 2016.
We're confident at this point that the games will be compatible with new devices.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused in the interim.
