Update 27th September:

This should now be fixed, please update the game at your earliest convenience!

Important note:

Please be aware that Surgeon Simulator currently has compatibility issues with Android devices on 7.0 or higher. Users on this version of the OS will likely experience a crash to the home screen when attempting to run the app.

We are currently working on a fix for this. However, if you'd prefer not to wait and want a refund please contact us with your Order Number. This is emailed to you as a receipt or you can find it by logging into your account at payments.google.com.

Troubleshooting

Do you have issues running any other games or applications too? It may help to ensure that the only demanding application your device is running is Surgeon Simulator, close any other non-essential applications down.

Firstly, it might help to clear out cache data and long running processes by performing a hard reset or potentially clearing out your device's cache. To do this:

  • Go to Settings
  • The Application Manager
  • Find Surgeon Simulator
  • Then Storage
  • Hit the clear data and clear cache buttons

Secondly, uninstalling and reinstalling the game might help, there could have been a problem with data corruption in the download process.

To uninstall an application purchased or otherwise installed from the Google Play Store simply do the following:

  1. Open your device's Settings app
  2. Tap Apps or Application manager
  3. Tap the app you want to uninstall - in this case Surgeon Simulator. You may need to scroll to find the app.
  4. Tap Uninstall or Disable

To reinstall a previously purchased app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Touch Menu > My Apps and games > All
