We are aware of payment issues which occurred on purchases made through our website on 20th June.

Below are the most common payment problems and what you need to do to resolve them.
- If your payment was successfully processed but you did not received a key we are arranging a way to honour this and deliver the keys to you via email as soon as possible. We are hoping to get this resolved in the next 24 hours. If you prefer not to wait you can request a refund now.
- If you have been billed multiple times or have issues involving the purchase of multiple keys you want please reach out to Xsolla directly.
- If you want to refund the game you can do by contacting Xsolla directly too.
- Any other billing queries should also be directed to Xsolla.
If you do not know your transaction ID when making a ticket you can leave this field blank.
